    What We Collect

    From salon owners: name, business name, email, phone, salon setup details (services, prices, hours, policies), and billing information - processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. From callers: caller phone number, call recordings and transcripts, and details shared to book - name, requested service, preferred time. Automatically: standard technical data (IP, browser) for security and performance.

    Call Recording & AI

    Calls are answered by AI and may be recorded and transcribed. The assistant discloses this to callers at the start of each call. Audio is processed by AI voice and language providers to understand and respond. Callers' data belongs to the salon; Heylo processes it on the salon's behalf.

    How We Use It

    To answer calls, book appointments, transfer callers, run your account, process payments, provide support, and improve the Service. We do not sell personal information, and we never use recordings for advertising.

    Who We Share It With

    Only service providers that run the platform: Stripe (payments); our telephony/CRM platform; AI voice and language providers; hosting providers; and Google Places for business lookup during setup. Each receives only what it needs. We may disclose information if required by law.

    Retention & Your Rights

    We keep account data while your subscription is active plus legal retention periods; recordings and transcripts are deleted on verified request or when no longer needed. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information anytime at nailspa@gatherland.group - including rights available to California residents. Callers can also contact the salon they called.

    Security, Children & Changes

    We use encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege credentials, though no system is 100% secure. The Service is for businesses and not directed to children under 13. We will post any material changes to this policy on this page.
